Chico's Page

Chico is the quintessential gentleman hog farmer. He has been working on his family farm his whole life, and has won 214 blue ribbons at the county fair. Chico attributes his success to the hog slop that he created as a high school science project. He also uses a special blend of coca-cola and vasaline to rub on his hogs to keep them particularly shiny. Music is an important part of Chico's life, but when county fair time comes along, his guitar comes in second.

Chico attributes his music to his hogs as well. As the story goes, Chico was trying to decrease some of the hogs' pre-fair jitters, and when he sang them his favorite song, "In-A-Gada-Da-Vida," the hogs purred and cooed, and some of them even fell asleep. He pulled out an old ukelele he had seen in a trunk in the attic and taught himself how to play the blues. After that he got a Ph.D. in heavy metal guitar at the Royal College in London. But his hogs come first!
